Privacy policy
This policy describes how All Court Pro ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, mobile apps, and related services (together, the "Service"). It applies to visitors and registered users. Last updated: 24 June 2026.

Who we are
All Court Pro is a platform for finding sports partners, organising leagues and tournaments, coaching, chat, and related community features, including an optional shop. For privacy questions contact support@allcourt.pro.
Information we collect
- Account and profile: When you sign up or sign in we process identifiers such as email address, authentication data, profile details you choose to provide (for example name, avatar, sport preferences), and your user ID.
- Activity on the Service: Content you submit (for example chat messages, league or match information, scores, posts, and messages to other users), timestamps, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Optional location: If you choose to share device location, we process coarse or precise location as implemented in the product, to power features you opt into (for example discovery near you). You can withdraw location access in your device settings.
- Payments and commerce: If you buy products, pay fees, or connect a payment account (for example via Stripe), we and our payment partners process transaction data, identifiers, and status as required to complete payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; card data is handled by the payment provider.
- Push notifications: If you enable notifications, we process a device push token linked to your account so we can send alerts you have opted into (for example new messages). You can turn off notifications in device or in-app settings where available.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, app or browser version, cookies or similar technologies, and diagnostics to keep the Service secure, performant, and to understand aggregate usage.
How we use information
We use personal data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including accounts, chat, leagues, notifications, and shop checkout).
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and protect safety and security.
- Communicate with you about the Service, support requests, and important updates.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
- Where allowed, analyse usage in aggregate or pseudonymous form to improve the product and user experience.
Where GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on appropriate bases such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests (balanced against your rights), consent where required (for example optional marketing or non-essential cookies where we ask for it), and legal obligation.
Sharing and processors
We use trusted service providers ("processors") who host data or provide infrastructure on our instructions, for example cloud hosting and authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and push delivery. They may process data in countries where they operate. We share information with other users where the product is designed for that (for example displaying your profile or chat content to participants).
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer (for example merger) subject to safeguards. We do not sell your personal information as a commodity.
Reddit apps (Devvit)
We operate apps on Reddit's Developer Platform ("Devvit"), including a tennis results app and a "find a hitting partner" map app. This section explains what those apps process and is in addition to the rest of this policy. Reddit's own User Agreement and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of Reddit, and where they conflict with this policy in relation to our Devvit apps, Reddit's terms prevail.
- Account data from Reddit: When you interact with our Devvit apps we process your Reddit username and the relevant Reddit post and subreddit identifiers so the feature can work and so content can be attributed to you.
- Partner-map content you submit: If you drop a pin in the hitting-partner app, we process the approximate map location you choose, a court/area label, your self-reported UTR level, and any optional profile or social links you add (for example Instagram, X, Facebook, or an All Court Pro profile). You choose what to share, and this content is shown publicly on the map and in any post you create.
- Where it is stored: This data is stored in Reddit's app storage (Redis) for the app, and—where you create a pin—synced to our own systems (hosted on Supabase) so your pin persists across Reddit posts. Tennis-results data is fetched from our public All Court Pro API and is not personal data about you.
- What we do not do: We do not request your Reddit password or login credentials, we do not profile you, and we do not sell, license, or use Reddit data to train AI/ML models.
Deleting your Devvit-app data: You can remove your own pin at any time inside the app, which deletes it from Reddit app storage and from our synced systems. If a Reddit post is deleted, the pins attached to that post are removed from our storage automatically. You can also email support@allcourt.pro to request deletion. We aim to remove synced personal data within 30 days of an account or content deletion.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some logs may be kept for a limited security window. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal retention needs.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and device security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact support@allcourt.pro. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by law.
Children and age requirement
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the digital consent age in your jurisdiction, if higher). You must not register if you are under that age. If you believe we have collected data from a child below the applicable age, contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Developers targeting mixed audiences in app stores must declare audience and comply with applicable child-safety and data rules.
International transfers
We may process data in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States, and other countries where providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for session security, preferences, analytics, and (where applicable) marketing measurement. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking some cookies may limit functionality.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date. For material changes we may provide additional notice (for example by email or in-app message) where required by law.
